The Sun Salutation
This cocktail is the perfect way to treat yourself. Sweet while at the same time offering a well-balanced flavour profile perfect for any occasion. The cocktail’s colour and garnish resemble to the camaraderie of a Sunday brunch enjoyed with friends. The candied orange garnish is dried over a 24-hour period, providing both a sun-esque visual and sweet accompaniment to the cocktail. The Sun Salutation features Pure Kitchen’s cold-pressed orange and grapefruit juice, which are both available pre-bottled at all of our locations.
directions
- Build in cocktail shaker
1 oz apricot brandy
½ oz vodka
1 ½ ounce cold-pressed orange juice
1 ½ ounce cold-pressed grapefruit juice
Add light scoop of ice
Light shake
Strain into champagne flute
Top with sparkling riesling
Garnish with: candied orange wheel
