Strawberry Bourbon Lemonade
Sweet, tart, and absolutely refreshing; something that can convince you summer will never end. Handcrafted lemonade, bourbon - this cocktail offers a nod to summer memories even into the autumn months.

- Build in cocktail shaker
1 ½ oz bourbon
3 oz handcrafted strawberry lemonade (see sub-recipe)
Shake
Stain into collins glass
Top with sparkling water
Garnish with strawberry and lemon zest

Produces three cocktails
4 ½ oz Lemon juice
4 ½ oz Water
2 oz Simple syrup
10 strawberries
Muddle and stir vigorously
Strain
