Profound Pad Thai Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup + 2 tbsp tamari
1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed
1 cup tamarind
¾ cup lime juice
½ cup ketchup
½ cup minced garlic
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp sriracha
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender or bowl and mix well.
Store in a sealed container or jar.
Use on noodles, rice, or your favourite protein. Pad Thai sauce will keep in the fridge for up to a month.
