Profound Pad Thai Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp tamari

  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed

  • 1 cup tamarind

  • ¾ cup lime juice

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • ½ cup minced garlic

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp sriracha

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or bowl and mix well.

  2. Store in a sealed container or jar.

  3. Use on noodles, rice, or your favourite protein. Pad Thai sauce will keep in the fridge for up to a month.
