red lentil dahl
ingredients:

- add dahl to pot
- heat on low until fully thawed
- cook until hot through
butter tofu
ingredients:
butter tofu sauce (tofu, coconut milk, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, vegan butter, lemon juice, sunflower oil, salt, black pepper, garam masala, coriander, curry powder, tumeric, fenugreek, garlic powder), brown rice, cilantro
contains: garlic, soy
- preheat oven to 400°F
- remove plastic lid and recycle
- place dish on a baking sheet and cover the top with tinfoil
- bake for 40 minutes in the center of the oven (cooking time varies from oven to oven, check periodically)
chickpea masala
ingredients:
chickpea masala sauce (tomato, chickpeas, water, sunflower oil, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, curry powder, coriander, salt, black pepper, tumeric, cayenne), brown rice, cilantro

veggie lasagna
ingredients:
mixed vegetables (button mushrooms, red peppers, zucchini, onion, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, black pepper), vegan ricotta (tofu, spinach, basil, cashew cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper), marinara (onion, tomato, water, garlic, oregano, basil, sunflower oil, agave, salt, parsley, balsamic vinegar, black pepper), vegan mozzarella (water, refined coconut oil, modified starch, sea salt, natural vegan flavours, preservatives, colour), lasagna noodles (durum wheat semolina, niacin, folic acid, ferrous sulphate, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate)

button mushrooms, brown rice, onion, oats, walnuts, beets, carrots, flax, water, vegan worcestershire (onion, gluten-free tamari, apple cider vinegar, blackstrap molasses, tamarind paste, kombu, garlic, lemon, clove), garlic, coconut oil, salt, sunflower oil, liquid smoke, black pepper

- remove plastic
- add burger patties to heat source (oven / barbecue preheated to 350°F or stovetop pan heated to medium with tbsp of oil)
- heat until hot through (3-5 minutes for stove of barbecue or 10-12 minutes in oven)
tempeh bacon

tempeh, gluten free tamari, water, maple syrup, smoked paprika, vegan worchestershire sauce, liquid smoke

- heat until hot through (3-5 minutes for stove or 10-12 minutes in oven)
